Who is eligible to receive Home Health Care?
To qualify for care from GL HealthCare Inc. a Patient Must:
Be essentially homebound
Need not to be bedridden, but needs assistance to leave home.
Require skilled medical care by healthcare professionals.
Need intermittent healthcare.
Must have an order from their doctor to receive home care.
Communication with sensory impaired patients provided vi TTD or TT. GL Healthcare, Inc will contact the
Illinois Telecommunication Assess Corporation (IATC) to arrange for their services.
All patients are accepted for care regardless or race, color, national origin, age or disability.
